细菌形态学的检查是最基本、最简单、最快速、最直观、最经济的常规鉴定方法,对鉴定细菌有"导航"的作用。细菌形态学包括细菌细胞形态学和细菌菌落形态学,正确的形态学检验结果是准确鉴定细菌的坚实基础。临床微生物检验技术人员必须掌握一定的形态学知识,这也是基本的从业要求。
The bacterial morphology examination, including bacterial cell morphology and bacterial colony morphology, is a routine method for bacteria identification with simple, fast, observable, and economic characteristics and plays a ＂navigation＂ role in bacterial identification. Accurate bacterial morphology examination results are the basis for identification of bacteria correctly. Clinical microbiological technicians need to have some bacterial morphology examination knowledge to improve the accuracy of bacterial identification.
