Duffy血型研究及临床应用新进展 被引量：11

摘要 Duffy血型是人类最重要的血型系统之一,Duffy血型不仅仅与输血安全及母婴血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病密切相关,Duffy抗原作为趋化因子还在人类疟疾疟原虫受体、炎症、肿瘤、移植排斥等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从Duffy抗原表达和基因结构、Duffy血型在人群中的分布、Duffy血型的检测方法、Duffy血型生物学功能及临床应用等方面,综述国内外关于Duffy血型研究与临床应用的现状及最新进展。
