摘要
通过单株保留8、12、16、20和24个果穗数的试验处理,研究了不同产量指标对冰酒葡萄品种"威代尔"果实品质和枝蔓可溶性糖、淀粉和木质素含量的影响,以期为合理确定产量指标提供依据。结果表明:单株留穂数在16～20个、单株负载量3.5～4.4kg、单位面积产量1 330～1 680kg/667m2,有利于提高葡萄浆果品质和枝蔓可溶性糖、淀粉和木质素的含量。
Through reserved with 8,12,14,16,20,24 clusters,fruit quality and soluble sugar,starch,lignin of branch that influenced by fruit yield were discussed,in order to provide the appropriate production index of ice wine grapevine ＇Vidal＇.The results showed that remain cluster 16 to 20,loading of 3.5 to 4.4 kg per plant,the yield per unit area of 1 330~1 680 kg/667m2,it would improve the fruit quality and content of soluble sugar,starch,lignin of branches.
