摘要
为建立更合理、更科学的目标光谱函数,而改进膜系的自动设计.在进行理想光谱曲线输入时,对光谱反射比或透射比要求不严格的波段只输入一个区间范围;对要求严格匹配的波段,按点输入准确值.同时,评价函数的构造根据波段要求的严格程度做不同的变形,采用改进以后的方法设计的膜系与原来的膜系相比,层数减少,设计时间缩短.采用模糊输入法,对评价函数的构造做相应的变形,可以改进膜系的自动设计.
To build more reasonable and scientific desired spectral function and improve the automatic design of coatings, a region was input for the wave band in which reflectance or transmittance needn't to be strict and a correct value should be input if there is a strict requirement when you input a desired spectral curve. At the same time, the construction of merit function was also improved according to different inputs. With the improved method number of layers of the designed coatings were reduced and the design time became shorter. The automatic design of coatings may be improved by adopting indistinct input method and improved merit function.
