摘要
为了推广体外预应力技术在混凝土结构,特别是在低强度混凝土梁加固中的应用,对12根体外预应力加固混凝土梁展开静载试验。结合模型梁抗弯性能的试验研究,重点分析预应力筋应力增量对抗弯承载力计算的影响。研究成果表明:预应力筋应力增量是影响体外预应力混凝土梁抗弯承载力计算精度的主要因素,试验结果表明,JGJ/T 92—2004《无粘结预应力混凝土结构技术规程》中关于体外预应力应力增量值100 MPa明显偏低,建议修订为170 MPa。
To promote the technology of externally prestressed concrete structures, especially in the reinforcement of low-strength concrete beams. Twelve externally prestressed concrete beams were tested with static load. Combining with the study of bending performance of model beam, it was analyzed the affect of the stress increment of tendon on flexural capacity. Test results show that the stress increment is the important factor influencing accuracy of bending capacity of externally prestressed concrete beams, and is significantly lower, and the value of the stress increment specified as 100 MPa in JGJ 92 it is suggested that this value should be 170 MPa.
