摘要
基于PLC控制系统,结合天文学算法,计算出太阳位置,以光电传感器为辅,修正实时太阳位置,利用步进电机驱动减速机和线性致动器,实现对太阳高度角和方位角的双轴闭环主动跟踪。具体分析系统的机械结构、光线传感器原理及其实现方法、天文算法的数学建模、PLC的编程。结果表明其可实现对太阳的准确跟踪,达到较高的精度要求。
This system is based on PLC, it can calculate the theoretical of the sun azimuth and altitude angle by as- tronomical algorithms. In order to obtain higher real-time location of the sun, light sensors have been used here. Closed-loop control system is used to drive the mechanical system to achieve real-time tracking of the sun. The sys- tem' s mechanical structure, principle of light sensor, mathematical models, and PLC' s programs have been ana- lyzed. The results show that it can achieve accurate tracking of the sun, and obtain data with high precision and sensitivity.
