针刺与氦氖激光治疗膝骨关节炎的临床对比研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察和比较针刺与氦氖激光治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例单侧膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均在犊鼻穴上进行治疗,治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用氦氖激光照射治疗仪治疗,比较两组疗效的差异并进行分析。结果治疗组治疗后VAS评分及疼痛和晨僵的改善情况与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论针刺是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with HeNe laser light in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. Point Dubi was selected for both groups. The treatment group received acupuncture and the control group, treatment with a He-Ne laser. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups and compared between them. Results There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the VAS score and the severity of pain and morning stiffness between the two groups (P〈 0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective way to treat knee osteoarthritis.
