摘要 介绍了德国和波兰充填开采情况,在总结中国、德国和波兰的煤矿建筑物保护等级与地表变形指标及其他行业标准的基础之上,对充填开采地面建筑物变形控制指标提出了建议。指出建筑物下充填开采应综合考虑地质采矿条件、地表移动规律、地表被保护对象允许移动变形指标及工作面的充填能力等因素,建立了允许开采厚度、工作面充填率和工作面开采速度的优化计算模型,及充填开采减少建筑物损害的效益评价模型,为确保建筑物下安全开采,避免过度充填浪费充填材料增加生产成本,提供了理论优化计算与评价模型。 Based on the summarization of Germany and Poland backfill mining, in view of coal mine building protection level and surface deformation index and other industry standard in China, Germany and Poland, the paper puts forward some suggestions about ground building deformation control index when backfill mining. This paper indicates that should take into account geological and mining conditions, surface movement rule, surface protected objects' movement allowed deformation index and the filling ability in the process of the backfill mining under buildings, and design optimum calculation model of the allowed mining thickness, workface filling rate and the workface mining speed and an assessment model on reducing damage to buildings benefits of backfill mining; in addition, for the sake of ensuring the safety mining under buildings, avoiding excessive filling and waste filling material which increase production cost, the related research results provide the optimal design reference for backfill mining under buildings.
