胰岛素强化治疗短期内改善对比敏感度与眩光功能

摘要 目的短期随访胰岛素强化治疗后早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者对比敏感度与眩光功能变化。方法本研究为前瞻性临床研究,纳入进行胰岛素强化治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例120眼,进行对比敏感度和眩光敏感度随访,随访时间点分别为强化治疗前和强化治疗后3个月、6个月。结果对比敏感度:强化治疗后3个月CS在低频段、中频段、高频段1.0°高于治疗前;治疗后6个月中频段2.5°、高频段较治疗前提高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月较治疗后3个月各频段差异无统计学意义。眩光对比敏感度:强化治疗后3个月,GS中频段及高频段0.7°,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月较治疗前、治疗后3个月GS各频段差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰岛素强化治疗短期内能一定程度上改善视功能,延缓早期糖尿病视网膜病变视功能损害的进展。 Objective To study the changes of contrast sensitivity(CS) and glare sensitivity(GS) after intensive glucose control in six months follow - up. Methods This was a prospective case series study. 120 eyes of 60 patients being intensive glucose control treat- ment were included into study to obtain CS and GS of all the eyes of the patients. The follow - up time point were at pre - treatment and 3 months and 6 months after intensive glucose control. Results CS in low frequency,moderate frequency and high frequency 1.0°after in- tensive glucose control 3 months,moderate frequency 2.5 °and high frequency after 6 month were higher than those before treatment, and the difference among the pre - treatment and 3 months and 6 months after treatment were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no difference in CS in each frequency between 3 month and 6 month. GS in moderate frequency and high frequency 0. 7° 3 months after inten- sive glucose control were higher than those before treatment,and the difference among the pretreatment and 3 months after treatment were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference in GS in each frequency between pre - treatment and 3 months. Conclusion Intensive glucose control can improve visual function in short - term, may extend the progress of visual function damage of early stage of diabetic retinopathy.
