摘要
为探索利用热释光法鉴别可分离出硅酸盐矿物质的辐照转基因大豆的可行性,本文检测了经200Gy、300Gy、400Gy、500Gy和600Gy辐照处理转基因大豆表面硅酸盐矿物质热释光,实验初步认为,选用校正剂量400Gy,发光比值0.07和0.1作为鉴别转基因大豆辐照与否的判定阈值,即当G1/G2比值大于等于0.1则判定样品经过辐照处理,G1/G2小于0.07时则判定样品未经辐照,G1/G2介于0.07和0.1之间则不可判定样品是否经过辐照处理。
Detection of low dose irradiated transgenic soybean by thermoluminescence (TL) measurement was studied. For this purpose, inorganic dust particulate (minerals) adhering to the transgenic soybean surface was collected from untreated and treated (200,300,400,500 and 600 Gy) samples. The TL intensity of the isolated minerals was measured. The result showed that 400Gy can be considered as a fixed known dose of radiation for the purpose of normalization. The threshold of the value of TL glow ratio G1/G2 is 0.07 and 0.1. TL glow ratios from irradiated transgenic soybeans are typically greater than 0.1, whereas those from unirradiated transgenic soybeans are usually bellow 0.07. When TL glow ratios from transgenic soybeans among 0.07 and 0.1, these samples cannot be detected as irradiated or not.
