摘要
目的探讨治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的2种手术方式的临床疗效。方法通过拟定手术适应证,进行临床对照研究。对32例(38眼)闭角型青光眼伴白内障患者分别采取白内障超声乳化吸除+晶体囊袋内折叠并人工晶体植入术或复合式小梁切除+白内障超声乳化吸除+晶体囊袋内折叠并人工晶体植入术治疗,比较两组治疗前后疗效。结果两组术后视野、视力、房角、眼压、前房深度及房水流畅系数情况较之术前均明显改善,且无严重并发症发生。结论临床治疗闭角型青光眼伴白内障应根据患者不同病情选择适宜的手术治疗方式。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the two different operation methods in the treatment angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods The clinical study was researched by the development of surgical indications.32 patiens（38 eyes）with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were taken phacoemusification and foldable intraocualr lens implantation or phacoemusification,foldable intraocualr lens implantation and trabeculectomy.To compare the results before and after operation.Results View,vision,angle,ophthalmotonus,chamber depth and corresponding C values were better after the operation and no complications.Conclusions Treating angle-closure glaucoma and cataract should select suitable operation methods according to patients＇ condition.
