摘要
通过长期工程实践,对现行国家标准中各粉煤灰需水量比测试方法间存在的差异进行了总结、梳理,并提出相应观点,以期引起试验人员的注意及相关专家的重视。从需水量比试验的试验条件、原材料及配合比、试验方法和需水量比试验中用水量的确定方法等几方面对现行粉煤灰需水量比相关的3个国家标准进行了评析,特别提出了相对需水量比的概念,所提技术参数更贴近工程实际。研究最终目的是使我国相关标准可得到及时修订,并适时与国际接轨。
Through long-term practice, sumed up and combed the differences between current national standards about the fly ash water require- ment ratio test method, and put forward the corresponding standpoints to cause test technicians and related experts attention.Evaluationed of the three national standards about the fly ash water requirement ratio on the test conditions, raw material and mixture ratio, test method, determination method of water and other aspects, and putting forward the concept of relative water requirement ratio, which was closing to project practice.The ultimate goal was to make our country related standards to get timely revision and in line with international standards.
