摘要
稳定杆总成是重卡全浮式驾驶室悬置系统中用于减小驾驶室侧倾角的重要部件。利用扭杆理论编制了重型卡车稳定杆总成专用的刚强度计算程序,利用台架试验分别测试了两种稳定杆总成在带橡胶衬套和无橡胶衬套两种状态下的刚度,并将各种方法与状态下计算的刚度做了对比。针对稳定杆总成在实车考核过程中发生疲劳断裂的情况,分析了产生故障的原因并运用有限元分析方法很好地解决了疲劳断裂问题。
Stabilizer assembly which is an important part in heavy-duty trucks'full-float cab suspension system is used for de- creasing roll angle. Based on the torsion bar theory, we program a special software to calculate the stiffness and strength of stabilizer assembly. In the case of rubber bushes and no rubber bushes, we test stiffness of stabilizer assembly. Then, we compare the stiff- ness. Stabilizer assembly was fractured in the sample trucks, we find the reason of fracture and resolve it successfully by means of Finite Element Method.
