摘要
二极管钳位式三电平逆变器由于其自身的优点,使其在高压大功率场合得到广泛的应用。对三电平逆变器的工作原理进行了分析,针对该逆变器采用了空间矢量算法进行控制。该算法给出了参考矢量所在位置的判断规则、开关矢量的作用顺序;针对该主电路特有的中点不平衡问题,提出通过调节正负小矢量作用时间来维持中点平衡的方法,并通过仿真进行了验证。
Three-level inverter is widely used because of its advantages in high power applications. Works of three-level inverter were analyzed ,and SVPWM algorithm was applied in three-level inverter. The algorithm gives the role of rules what position reference vector is located in and the sequence of all vector works ; the trouble of midpoint potential imbalance was existed in the main circuit, we can solve this problem though parti- cular method that regulate the time of positive and negative small vector in inverter. Test results verify the al- gorithm in Matlab.
