摘要
分析了车辆正面碰撞过程中纵梁在碰撞力传递中的重要作用,对某车型纵梁结构存在的问题进行了分析,提出了优化方案。仿真验证表明,优化后的纵梁变形模式改善,吸能效果得到很大提升,提高了前纵梁的抗撞性能。
The important role of longitudinal beam in force transmission during the frontal crash is introduced.After analysing the problems of longitudinal beam structure on a car,the optimized solution is presented accordingly.The simulation validation shows that the optimized deformation mode of longitudinal beam is improved significantly with a remarkable increase in the energy-absorption effect.The adoption of this solution can improve the crashworthiness of front longitudinal beam.
