摘要
管理运行机制建设是实现生产性实训基地科学管理和可持续发展的制度保证。在德国"双元制"本土化——"定岗双元"人才培养模式下,分析了生产性实训基地运行管理过程中存在的现实问题,依据协同管理理论,阐述了实现政府、企业、学校和学生利益诉求的利益驱动机制,引企入校与合同管理的准入退出机制和科学运行管理的协同运行机制的构建与实践。
The construction of management operating mechanism provides the guarantee for productive practice base to run in a mode of scientific management and sustainable development. Under the mode of German dual system localization--"post-fixing and dual system" , this article analyses realistic problems during the operating process of productive practice base, and according to collaborative management theory , it also expounds the construction and practice of the following three mechanism: benefit driving mechanism that achieves the appeal to interests of government, enterprise, schools and students, plus access exit mechanism that leads enterprise into schools and maintains contract management, and collaborative operation mechanism that ensures its scientific management.
