摘要
钻井液中的MMAP、FA367、KPAN、NH4PAN可提高钻井液的抑制性能,其中MMAP还可改善钻井液的携岩能力;同时,该钻井液中的聚合醇既可提高钻井液的抑制性,还可与裂缝暂堵剂LF-2、多软化点沥青配合使用对储层裂缝进行快速封堵;原油、高效液体润滑剂RH220、固体润滑剂RH102、乳化剂SP-80、OP-10配合使用,提高泥饼质量,降低井下摩阻。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有较强的防塌、井眼净化、润滑防卡等性能,能够满足川西深层水平井的钻井需要。
Based on requirements of drilling deep horizontal wells and formation characteristics, drilling fluids needed to keep low solid, strong inhibiting and strong sealing, so polysulfide drilling fluid mixed with oil was used in the building section and horizontal interval. In this fluid, MMAP,FA367 ,KPAN,NH4PAN were used together to im- prove the fluid inhibition ability, MMAP was also used to improve cuttings transportation capacity; furthermore, poly- alcohol not only was used to improve the drilling fluid inhibition, but also together with fracture plugging agent LF - 2 ,asphalt materials with different soft points could seal reservoir fractures, reduce reservoir damage. Oil,high -effec- tive liquid lubricant,solid lubricant RH102,emulsifying agents SP- 80,OP- 10 were combined to improve the mud cake quality and reduce the friction coefficient. In - situ application showed that this drilling fluid provided strong col- lapse prevention, hole cleaning and lubrication and pipe stuck prevention, and it could meet drilling requirement of deep horizontal wells in Chuanxi.
