介绍了大型硫磺制酸废热回收系统选用的不同工艺流程、设备和蒸汽参数,详细分析了废热锅炉、过热器、省煤器等设备的选型、结构、参数、尺寸、材料,并对废热回收系统的设备、管道布置及防腐保温等方面提出了优化措施。
The processes, equipment and steam parameters of waste heat recovery system used in large-scale sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants are described. A detail analysis of the structure, parameters, dimensions and materials of waste heat boiler, superheater and economizer is made and optimization measures of equipment and pipe layout, corrosion protection and insulation are proposed.
