摘要
工艺参数是影响管材数控弯曲成形质量的主要因素之一。针对管材弯曲工艺参数多、交互作用明显的特点,基于ANSYS/APDL平台建立了管材数控绕弯成形的全参数化有限元模型,并经实验验证了该模型的有效性。通过正交模拟实验,研究了成形质量的显著性影响工艺参数以及影响机制。研究结果可为工艺参数优化提供理论依据。
Process parameters are main factors which affect the quality of NC tube bending. Because of the complexity and the obvious reciprocal effect of the process parameters, parametric FE model of tube rotary-draw bending was built based on ANSYS / APDL platform, and its validity was verified by experiment. Then the significant process parameters and the influence mechanisms were obtained by orthogonal simulation experiments. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of process parameters.
