摘要
基于液压油污染检测颗粒计数法中的电感检测法,利用含有磨粒的液压油流经空间微螺线管时引起的磁通量的变化,进而检测电感的变化量测得磨粒,并根据电感的增大或减小判断磨粒的性质。实验中铁颗粒引起电感增大,铜颗粒引起电感减小。通过改变漆包线的匝数和直径观察电感变化量和变化率,总结和分析其变化规律。结果表明:该微螺线管能检测到的铁磁颗粒尺寸最小可达50μm。该检测方法测量准确度高,具有良好的实际应用价值与广阔的发展前景。
Based on the inductance detecting method of the debris counting method, magnetic flux change was detected, which was caused when hydraulic oil with debris flowing through micro space solenoid, and the debris was detected by detecting the change rates of the inductance. Through the experiment, a conclusion is that iron debris arouses the increase of the inductance and the copper debris accounts for the decrease of the inductance. The change rates of the inductance were analyzed when changing the circle number and diameter. The results show that the smallest ferromagnetic debris detected by micro solenoid is 50 μm. This method is sensible and may be wildly applied in future.
