摘要
在理论研究的基础上,通过联立基本方程式推导出导轨气膜的三维不可压缩定常雷诺方程;使用前处理软件Gambit建立环面节流、狭缝节流、小孔节流3种节流方式的气膜模型;应用基于有限体积法的FLUENT软件对空气静压导轨静态特性参数进行迭代求解;通过对计算结果进行后处理,最终得出这3种典型节流形式对空气静压导轨气膜压力分布、静承载能力和耗气量的影响规律。
On the basis of theoretical research, 3D incompressible constant Reynolds equation for mesh of guideway was deduced as well as simultaneous basic equations. Then, three mesh models for orifice throttling, inherent throttling and porous throttling were established using Gambit preprocess software. A numerical iteration solution of static characteristic parameters was made to the static characteristics of aerostatic guideway using FLUENT software based on limited volume method. Through post processing to correspond- ing calculation results, finally, conclusions are drawn on rules of influence of these three typical throttling on mesh pressure distribution, static loading capability and air consumption of aerostatic guide way.
