摘要
通过实验对比的方法探究电火花小孔加工过程中,不同电参数对小孔加工工艺和加工效率的影响,重点分析对小孔加工品质影响较大的放电电流和脉冲宽度,结果表明:在同一电流情况下,随着脉冲宽度的增加,所加工出的孔径有一定的增加趋势;在电火花脉冲宽度一定的情况下,随着电流的增加,所加工出的孔径也有一定的增加趋势。根据加工时间,寻找优化方案。
Through experimental contrast method, the effects of different electric parameters of EDM on holes processing technics and processing efficiency were explored. Because discharge current (IP) and pulse width (ON) had great influences on the holes quality, these two experimental factors were focused on. The results show that under the same discharge current, with the increase of the pulse width, the size of the holes has a certain increasing trend; under the same pulse width, with the increase of the discharge current, the size of the holes also has a certain increasing trend. According to the processing time, the optimized solution is found.
