摘要
从课程设置、师资力量、学生实践、就业状况四个方面,对福建省高校社会体育专业建设现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:福建省高校社会体育专业培养目标定位呈多元化,课程体系存在较大差异,缺乏个性特色,课程设置合理性有待加强;人才培养与市场需求存在偏差,学生专业认知度不强、就业观念不清晰;师资力量在职称、学历结构基本符合专业建设师资要求,但师资来源专业性不强,并对其存在的问题提出建议如下:课程设置要具超前性,主动适应市场需求,使人才培养目标更具针对性和有效性;加强师资队伍建设,优化师资知识、能力结构;加强学生就业观教育;结合本校特色专业,打造专业优势品牌,定期加强本科、专科院校之间的交流与合作,形成优势互补.
In this paper, to survey and research the current situation of the construction of social sports spe- cialty in universities and colleges of Fujian Province, from the 4 aspects of curriculum, faculty, students' practice, and employment status. The results showed that: the orientation of cultivating objective of society sports specialty in universities and colleges of Fujian Province is in a plurality, curriculum system exists a great difference, lack of personality, and the rationality of course establishment should be sta'engthened; talents cultivation and market de- mand exist deviation, students' specialty awareness is not strong, the concept of employment is not clear; the titles and academic structure is basically consistent with the cultivation of social sports talents of teachers, but the teach- ers source is not professional, the teachers' structure needs to be optimized further, and therefore put forward the corresponding proposal to the problems as follows: the eun,iculum provision must be advanced, and adapt to market demand actively, making the talent training goal more targeted and effective; to strengthen teachers team construction, and optimizing teacher knowledge and ability structure; strengthening the students' employment concept education; and combined with the characteristics of professional, to create professional brand, and strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the undergraduate and college regularly, to form an advantage complementary.
