摘要
为获得轴向隔层式双脉冲发动机在Ⅰ脉冲燃烧室点火建压过程中Ⅱ脉冲药柱和隔层的变形情况,建立了隔层和药柱的二维轴对称有限元模型,进行了有限元计算及外推分析。计算结果表明,对Ⅱ脉冲药柱长度较长的端面燃烧药型的双脉冲发动机,轴向隔层在I脉冲燃烧室快速建压过程中的变形较大。设计并进行了I脉冲燃烧室快速充压试验。试验结果表明,在I脉冲燃烧室快速充压过程中,轴向隔层变形较大,变形量与有限元计算结果以及外推结果吻合较好。
To investigate the axial deformation of soft PSD and pulse II grain in double pulse solid rocket motor during pulse I grain is burning,2D finite element model of the soft PSD and pulse II grain was established,to carry out finite element analysis and extrapolation.The calculation results show that the soft PSD of double pulse solid rocket motor with long end-burning grain has a big axial deformation during the pulse I combustion chamber speeds punching test.A speed punching test of pulse I combustion chamber was designed and carried out.The results show that the axial deformation of soft PSD is indeed large,and the deformation agrees with the finite element analysis and extrapolation.
