摘要
目的:探讨分析补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将我院于2009年4月～2011年8月收治的96名糖尿病肾病患者随机分成对照组与实验组,对照组接受常规的西医治疗,实验组接受与对照组完全相同的西医治疗,另服用补阳还五汤,观察其临床疗效。结果:实验组显效16例,有效24例,无效8例,总有效率83.33%;对照组显效12例,有效20例,无效16例,总有效率66.67%;实验组治疗前后的尿微量蛋白差值大于对照组,两组患者的差值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of treating diabetic nephropathy with the Buyang Huanwu decoction.Methods：96 patients with diabetic nephropathy came in our hospital during April 2009 to August 2011,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated in regular modern medicine,the experimental group received exactly the same with the control group,and plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction for treatment,to observe the clinical curative effect of the two group.Results：In the experimental group,markedly in 16 cases,effective in 24 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%;and in the control group,markedly in 12 cases,effective in 20 cases,ineffective in 16 cases,the total effective rate was 66.67%;urine trace protein difference in the experimental group before and after treatment greater than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups of patients have significant differences （P0.05）,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than than of the control group.Conclusion：Treating diabetic nephropathy with the Buyang Huanwu decoction has a significant effect,and it is worthy of the promotion.
