摘要
围绕高校网络舆情为什么要引导,往何处引导以及如何引导等三个方面,通过校内网络舆情监控(干预和研判)、校内网站建设(服务与对话)、校内网络舆情引领(传播与导向)等途径,构建起一套高校网络舆情引导机制。
This paper tries to discuss the issues in constructing a feasible mechanism to reasonably direct internet-based public opinions.It proposes that the mechanism be established from the perspectives of supervision(intervention and judgment),on-campus website construction(service and dialogue),and direction of public opinions(transmission and guidance).
