Research Development on Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection Method for Industrial Applications

摘要 超声相控阵检测技术的特点使它成为重要的无损检测方法,本文综述了国内外超声波检测技术的发展和和研究现状,超声相控阵检测技术的优缺点和关键技术,总结了其发展、使用和研究中遇到的问题,指出了其有良好的发展前景。 Ultrasonic phased array inspection technology features make it an important non-destructive inspection method, the development of ultrasonic detection technology at home and abroad and Research, the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic phased array inspection technology and key technologies, summed up its development, use and the problems encountered in the study, pointed out that it has good prospects for development.
