摘要
目的了解2型糖尿病并冠心病与骨质疏松的关系。方法对174例2型糖尿病患者是否合并冠心病分两组,检测并比较分析两组患者的腰椎L1~L4及股骨颈的骨密度,采用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析骨密度与冠心病的相关性。结果 2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者骨密度低于未合并者。多元回归分析显示年龄、体质指数、糖尿病病程、心脏收缩及舒张功能等为决定骨密度的独立危险因素。结论 2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者骨密度显著降低,骨密度的降低又可能和冠心病的发生与发展有关。
Objective To evaluate the relation in osteoporosis and coronary heart disease of the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods All 174 patients were divided into coronary heart disease group and non coronary heart disease group with type 2 diabetes. Relationship between osteoporosis and coronary heart disease was analyzed by multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. The bone density of lumbar 1-4 and neck of femur of two groups of patients were checked and analyzed. Results The bone density of coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes was lower than those without coronary disease. Multiple regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, duration of diabetes, systolic and diastolic function were the possible independent risk factors for the bone density. Conclusion The bone density of coronary heart disease patients decreased significantly with type 2 diabetes. The decrease of the bone density could be related to the development of coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes.
