蛋鸡小肠肽转运载体PepT1表达差异性的评定

PepT1 Gene Expression in Small Intestine of Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究蛋鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠小肽转运载体mRNA表达的差异性。选用相同背景的健康成年蛋鸡10只,从十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织提取RNA样品,采用相对定量RT-PCR,对蛋鸡小肠各段肽转运载体mRNA表达的差异性进行评定。结果表明,蛋鸡空肠PepT1 mRNA的表达水平显著高于十二指肠(P<0.05),与回肠比差异不显著(P>0.05),十二指肠PepT1 mRNA的表达水平与回肠之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。 To study the difference of PepT1 gene expression in small intestine of laying hens, 10 adult laying hens were used as materials. PepT1 mRNA expression at duodenum, jejunum and ileum were evaluated respectively by RT-PCR. The results indicated that PepT1 mRNA expression level in jejunum was significantly higher than that of duodenum (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference among other parts (P〉0.05).
