摘要
为了快速有效地验证主动悬架的控制算法,提出了一种主动悬架硬件在回路实时仿真平台。在Matlab/Simulink中建立了主动悬架的动力学模型、作动器模型,以S3CEEBO芯片为中央处理器,设计了主动悬架实际控制器,在此基础上搭建了该硬件在回路实时仿真平台。针对某款汽车运用不同的控制算法进行了仿真实验。结果表明,该硬件在回路仿真平台可以对主动悬架的各种控制算法的执行效果进行验证。
In order to verify active suspension's control algorithms more effectively and rapidly, a real-time simulation platform of Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation system was put forward. Dynamics model of active suspension and model of electromagnetic actuator were built through Matlab/Simulink. By taking S3CEEBO chip as the CPU, a real-car controller of active suspension was designed. On this basis, Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation system platform was set up. Furthermore, the simulation experiments with different control algorithms were carried out by using a vehicle's data. The results from the experiments reveal that the Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation system platform can verify working effect of different control algorithms of active suspension.
