摘要
近年来,我国医疗纠纷发生率呈逐年上升态势,而神经外科因其专科特征,成为医疗纠纷的重灾区之一。透视医患矛盾与冲突的现状发现,大多数医患纠纷因医患双方角色认知的偏差、对医疗过程的不合理期望及医患双方的沟通不足而引起。为此,本人结合近二十年的神经外科临床经历,从医患沟通角度出发,分析了当下神经外科医患沟通的现实困境,并对我院神经外科从沟通的内容、形式、节奏、角度、流程等方面来提高医患沟通有效性的做法进行了探讨,具有良好的借鉴作用。
At present, The medical dispute in China is increasing year by year. The department of neurosurgery became one of the worst-hit areas of medical dispute for its own specialized features. By studying the present situation of doctor-patient contradiction and the conflict ,we found that most of the doctor-patient dispute were caused by the doctor-patient both role cognitive deviation,unreasonable expectations to the medical process and insufficient doctor-patient communication. The author, based on nearly 20 years ofneurosurgery clinical experience,analyzed the present neurosurgery dilemma of doctor-patient communication;discussed how to improve the effectiveness of doctor-patient communication practice in varied ways of the content, the form, rhythm, angle, procedure etc by the department of neurosurgery of nantong university affiliated hospital.
