摘要
从高职教育的"高等性"与"职业性"两个属性出发,分析教师社会实践的功能定位和目标导向。针对价值认同和文化自觉缺失带来的教师社会实践诸多问题,基于教师专业成长需求定位教师社会实践目标,基于校企利益共同体创建教师社会实践平台,基于团队协作丰富教师社会实践内涵,基于文化自觉构建教师社会实践评价体系,是提高高职院校教师社会实践有效性的路径选择。
Based on the two properties of higher vocational education, namely "higher character" and "occupational character", the functional localization and the goal orientation of teachers' social practice have been analyzed. Aiming at various problems with social practice brought about by lack of value identification and cultural consciousness, it is pointed out that the appropriate paths of promoting the effectiveness of higher vocational college teachers" involvement in social practice should be the measures as follows : to clarify teachers" practice goal on the basis of the requirement of teachers" professional growth, to establish the platform of teachers" social practice on the basis of the benefit community of college and enterprise, to enrich the connotation of teachers" social practice on the basis of teamwork, to construct teachers" social practice evaluation system on the basis of cultural consciousness.
