摘要 2.25Cr1Mo0.3V钢具有强度高、抗氢侵蚀、抗氢脆和抗氢致剥离等特点,多用于制造加氢反应器。以往国内采用进口加钒钢板,随着国产钢板质量的提高,不少制造厂尝试使用国产板制造加氢反应器。通过国产加钒钢板板焊式加氢反应器的试制,介绍焊接和热处理的关键技术参数,为今后这类钢板的制造提供借鉴。 2.25 Crl MoO. 3V steel, excellent material of hydro - reactor, has higher intensity, higher ability of anti - hydrogen - erosion, anti - hydrogen - brittleness, anti - hydrogen - desquamation, and less tend- ency of temper brittleness. Along with the improvement on the quality of indigenous steel, many factories in our country which used to import the raw materials try to use indigenous steel to make hydro - reactor. Based on the successful fabrication of the hydro - reactor which was made by indigenous steel, and the key technical data of welding and heat treatment were introduced. It provided reliable reference for the fu- ture.
