摘要 永磁同步电机具有结构紧凑、高功率密度、高气隙磁通和高转矩惯性比等优点,在中高压牵引驱动领域具有广阔的市场应用前景。本文对基于SHEPWM的中压大功率牵引永磁同步电机的两电平闭环控制技术进行研究,提出了非方波模式时的系统控制策略。研究了该控制策略中三相电压时间域的角度值和电压矢量空间位置角的关系,SHEPWM的工程实现方法和不同PWM模式下的动态切换方法等关键技术。经过试验验证,该控制策略达到了预期的消谐要求,动态切换过程中电流平滑,全速度范围内d、q电流跟踪良好。 PMSM has such advantages as compact structure, high power density, high air gap flux and high torque inertia ratio, etc. It has a very broad market prospect in the fields of medium-high voltage traction driving system. This paper researches the two level close-loop control technology of PMSM used in medium voltage high power traction system based on SHEPWM and presentes the system control strategy in the mode of non square-wave. It also researches the key control technologies of this strategy, such as the relationship between the angle value of the three-phase voltage in time domain and the voltage vector space angle, the engineering implementation method of SHEPWM and the dynamic switching methods of different PWM modes. Experiments prove that this control strategy is up to the requirement of cancellation harmonic, the current is smoothing in the process of dynamic switching, and the current of d and q axis was well tracked in the whole speed range.
