摘要
指出了高校节能减排是社会节能工作中的重要部分,而建立有效的能耗评价指标体系是评价高校节能工作的基础之一。从能耗评价指标体系构建的目的和意义入手,分析了能耗评价指标体系的设计原则,并在此基础上设计出了能耗评价的一级指标体系和二级指标体系,提出了指标体系的分析方法,为高校校园节能减排管理提供有效支持。
The college energy saving is an important part of social energy--saving work. While the effective index system of energy consumption is one of the basic assignments. This article starts from the purpose and meaning of the index system of energy consumption in university campus. And then it analyzes the design principles and establishes the index system. At last,the article discusses the research methods,which is sig- nificant for the energy Saving.
