高负荷吸附式风扇气动性能数值模拟

摘要 采用NUMECA商用软件,模拟了叶片附面层吸气技术对高负荷风扇叶片三维流场的影响。重点研究了抽气模型的建立方法,深入分析了不同开孔位置、尺寸及不同抽吸量对风扇气动性能的影响。结果表明,在来流条件相同的情况下,转、静子选取适当的开孔位置,抽吸流量为总流量的1.5%时,压比、效率最大可分别提高6.5%和1.6%。 The numerical simulation of a high-loading aspirated fan was introduced. NUMECA software was adopted to simulate the influence of high-loading fan with boundary layer suction on the three-dimen- sional flowfield. The method of building the suction model and the influence of suction location and suction flow rate on the performance of fan were investigated in details. The results showed that with the same flow and appropriate suction locations for stator and rotor, the pressure ratio and adiabatic efficiency could be im- proved to 6.5%and 1.6% respectively with 1.5% suction ratio.
