摘要
文中分析了涉水工程基本建设项目各建设阶段的划分及各阶段的主要工作任务,以几个典型涉水工程的建设为例,从工程技术角度分析论证了立项阶段通航安全影响论证的必要性。
This paper analyzes the division of different construction phases of the waterborne engineering projects and the main work at each phase, and, taking some typical waterborne engineering projects as examples, justifies the necessity of the navigation safety assessment at feasibility study phase of waterborne engineering projects.
