摘要
目的;了解大学生不同平衡测试时间对平衡能力的影响,为临床平衡测试提供参考。方法:对59名大学生进行平衡能力测试,第一种方案30s,重复1次,第二种方案30s,重复3次。结果:第二种方案总体稳定指数、前后稳定指数、内外稳定指数均下降,且差异具有显著性。结论:平衡测试时间较长,平衡指数较小。
Objective:To know about the influence of different balance test time on balance ability, and provide reference for clinical balance test. Methods:59 college students were treated by balance ability test. The first program was 30see, repeated 1 time; the second was 30see repeated 3 times. Resalt:Overall stability index.A/P stability index and M/L stability index of the second all decreased, and there was significant differences in the two programmes. Conclusion:The longer of balance test time, the less of balance index.
