摘要
目的：探讨医患交流技巧在临床医务工作中的所处的地住及医患交流技巧在卖训中的重要性。方法：广泛查阅国内有关医患交流的文献，对医患交流沟通中的现状及中医专业医学生的临床交流能力和接诊能力进行总结分析。结果：医学生对医患交流沟通的重要性虽然有一定认识，但是在主动性上略显不足，对于如何与患者沟通的能力还有待提高。结论：临床交流与沟通技能的培养是医学生教育的重要内容，提高医学生与患者交流沟通的技能是构建和谐医患关系的重要保证。
Objective： To discussion the doctor--patient communication skills in the status of clinical and the importance of the training. Methods： To review the recent research progress on doctor--patient communication. To analyze the status of doctor--patient communication and the Chinese medicine profession in the medical students clinical communication skills and the ability. Result：Medical students are lack of initiative,although they have some knowledge on the importance of patient communication. How to improve the ability to communicate with patients, or a problem needs to be strengthened. Conclusion：The clinical communication skills training is an important part of education of medical students, To improve the medical students communication skills is to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients an important guarantee.
