蛋氨酸对大鼠胚胎发育影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究蛋氨酸对孕 9 5~ 1 1 5d大鼠胚胎发育的影响 ;方法 :取孕 9 5d(头褶中期 )的大鼠胚胎 ,分别用蛋氨酸含量较低的纯牛血清和蛋氨酸 +牛血清为实验组 ,用大鼠血清做为对照组 ,在体外培养 4 8h ,并用Klug等人的评分系统对胚胎生长发育和形态进行评分 ;结果 :在牛血清中培养的胚胎 ,其卵黄囊血循环、生长参数和蛋白质含量均低于牛血清 +蛋氨酸培养组 (P <0 0 5) ,各器官发育异常率均高于牛血清 +蛋氨酸培养组 (P <0 0 5) ,加入蛋氨酸后 ,可以明显地改善胚胎卵黄囊血液循环 (P <0 0 5) ,增加胚胎蛋白质的合成 (P <0 0 5) ,减少各器官的发育异常率 ;结论 :蛋氨酸可以促进大鼠胚胎的发育 ,降低大鼠胚胎发育异常率。 Objective:To study the effecets of methionine on 9.5~11.5d rat embryonic development.Methods:Rat embryos(9.5day) cultured with rat serum,cow serum and serum with supplemental methionine,and evaluated 48 hours later for alterations in growth and specific moropholagical parameters,using amodified Klug scoring system.Results:The yolk sar blood circulation,developmental parameter,and protein content of the rat embryos cultured with cow serum were significantly lower than those of the cow serum with supplamental methionine(P<0 05).Organs abnormalities of rat embryos was significantly higher than those of the cow serum with supplamental methionine(P<0 05).Cow serum with supplamental methionine,the yolk sar blood circulation and protein content were significantly improved,and decreased abnormalities of rat embryos.Conclusion:Methionine may be improve the development of rat embryos,and may be decrease the abnormalities of rat embryos in development.
