摘要
液氯泄漏致成批中毒患者的抢救、治疗与护理工作是一项高度应激性的工作,要求医疗护理争分夺秒,紧密配合。患者入院以后,我们迅速成立抢救小组,按护理程序的原则,全面收集患者资料,积极制订救治方案,准确及时采取各项救护措施,及时评价护理效果,改进护理措施,为患者的早日康复创造条件。通过中心监护、中心供氧、静脉应用大剂量激素、雾化吸入、解除支气管痉挛、预防感染、心理及康复护理后,12例患者均痊愈出院。
Saving,treating and nursing liquid Chlorine Poisoning patients is a high em erg- eney.It asks doctors and nursers cooperating.Afterthe patients entered the hospital,we had m ade up a saving group,according to nursingprocess, we had collected their materials,and had made the treatment plan,and had taken different nurse m easures,and had appraised nurse results,and had im proved on the nurse m easures,in order that the patients would soon be well again. After the patients were given centre inspection、centre supply Oxygen、preventing infection、lots of hormone、 bronchodilator、psychology nursing and recovery nursing,12 patients have recovered.
