摘要
在普通模型基础上,提出考虑CO2减排的公用工程系统混合整数非线性规划运行优化模型,模型考虑了系统的经济性和环境性目标。利用改进的粒子群算法对其优化求解,通过实例证明了模型的正确性,使用改进的粒子群优化算法能很快得到最优的运行方案。方案包括设备运行、外购水、外购蒸汽、电能输入/输出等,相对于普通模型不仅燃料的选择不同,单元的配置也不同。
On the basis of the ordinary model,a mixed integer nonlinear program for optimal model of utility system that includes objectives of economy and environmental is proposed. The optimization was performed by applying an improved particle swarm optimization ( PSO ) algorithm. An example is used to verify the correctness of the model. The optimal operational planning can be obtained quickly with RSO. Operational planning includes equipment running, purchased water, steam, electricity import/export et al. At the same time,it has a kind of different units configuration and fuel selection compared with ordinary model.
