新型刮式自清洗过滤器的设计研究

摘要 针对目前的刷式(刮式)自清洗过滤器难于保证滤网的圆柱度,造成局部清污不彻底而影响其工作性能的缺陷,在分析了国内外许多过滤器结构的基础上,开发了新型过滤器,该过滤器的刮刀机构始终与滤网接触,清污过程不间断供水,可实现在线过滤。通过用户使用证明效果良好。 The currently used self cleaning filters of the brush type and shave type are difficult to guarantee the cylindricity of strainer ,which results in the difficulty to clean thoroughly at local place and affects the work performance. To solve these problems, a new filter was developed to satisfy the customer demand of Guangzhou, the requirements of a chemical plant by Xinxiang University and Xinxiang Kylin Machine CO. LTD, based on the analysis of many domestic and foreign filter structures. The scraper of new filter always contacts with the strainer and water delivery is uninterrupted during sewage removal process, which makes the new filter operating on-line. Industrial practice proves the good running effect.
