摘要
目的 研究小鼠生殖周期子宫和血生长抑素的变化。 方法 应用放射免疫方法检测小鼠生殖周期不同阶段子宫和血生长抑素的水平。 结果 妊娠期子宫生长抑素明显下降 ,和间期比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;妊娠晚期和哺乳期血中生长抑素均明显升高 ,与间期比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 小鼠妊娠期子宫生长抑素减少 ,妊娠晚期和哺乳期血中生长抑素增加。生殖周期子宫与血中生长抑素的变化不呈同步性。
Objective\ To study the changes of somatostatin in uterus and blood of mouse during genesial cycle.\ Methods\ The level of somatostatin was measured in uterus and blood of mouse during genesial cycle by radioimmunoassay.\ Results\ The level of somatostatin in uterus was significantly reduced during gestation,compared with interphase(P<0.05); the level of somatostatin in blood was significantly increased during gestation and lactation,compared with interphase(P<0 05).\ Conclusion\ The level of somatostatin in uterus of mouse was decreased during pregnancy.\ Somatostatin in blood was increased during gestation and lactation,the changes of somatostatin in uterus does not consistent with that in blood.\;
