股骨颈骨折内固定失效的髋关节置换术21例 被引量：12

摘要 内固定和髋关节置换为目前治疗股骨颈骨折常见的两种方法。由于早期非手术治疗不当,患者内固定术后过早负重以及各种因素影响,少数内固定手术患者晚期可能出现内固定断裂、骨折不愈合或者畸形愈合等产生,导致术后出现严重的髋内翻、肢体短缩以及创伤性关节炎,本研究对股骨转子间骨折内固定失败病例采用人工髋关节置换术治疗的效果。
