摘要
在矿产资源定量预测评价和科学研究工作中,需要多种方法相互配合来对矿产资源进行勘查,其中钻探是预测评价工作中一种常用的勘探方法.然而,钻孔在实际施工过程中会因各种地质因素、施工工艺、设备因素、人为因素等原因与原先设计孔发生偏移现象,钻孔弯曲度校正的准确性对准确分析地质体及矿层有着极其重要的意义.通过对钻孔弯曲的原因进行分析,讨论钻孔校正原理,分析钻孔投影点在三维空间上的位置及其相互关系,利用计算机的相关技术软件(其中包括GIS软件)进行计算,并对弯曲度的各个投影点的空间位置进行校准,通过数据处理并形成钻孔的轨迹模拟曲线,最终达到钻孔校正的目的,从而对矿产调查评价工作进行指导.为了更加直观易懂,本文通过山东单县矿区的具体钻孔进行举例,通过数据收集、分析、预处理来计算钻孔的各控制点在空间投影位置,之后采用GIS软件的投影变换模块来处理投影点空间坐标,最终利用该软件进行成图.通过钻孔投影坐标计算和GIS成图技术,可提升钻孔校正精度,丰富了校正方法.
During the work of quantitative prediction and evaluation of mineral resources and scientific research,a variety of methods are needed to cooperate with each other to carry out scientific research and prospect and explore resources,such as,ore bodies and deposits.Drilling is a widely-used exploration technique and method in the prediction and evaluation;however,due to a variety of factors,such as,geology factors,exploration technique factors,equipment factors,human factors,the drill hole in the actual exploration process is to be displaced more or less compared with the drill hole originally designed.Therefore,the accuracy of drill hole deviation correction is extremely vital to analyzing the geological bodies and ore beds precisely.Based on the analysis of reasons for drilling holes bending and discussion on the drill hole's correction principle,firstly,the spatial locations in three-dimensional space and interrelations of each project point of the bending has been calculated and calibrated.Then,using the calculated results of the computer-related technology and software(including the GIS software) and the data processing principle,the paper has formed the trajectory simulation curve of the drill hole to achieve the purpose of the drill hole correction.Based on the analyzing the spatial locations of the drill hole,the survey and evaluation of mineral resources can be directed specifically.In order to be more visual,intuitive and easy to be understood,this paper takes a concrete drill hole of the Shanxian county iron mining area in the west of Shandong province for example to introduce the formation process of drill hole correction in detail.Firstly,each control point's spatial projection position of the drilling can be calculated from the collection of the basic data,analysis of the principle,data pretreatment.Then,the projection coordinates of the control points are processed by using the projection transformation module of GIS software.Finally,the diagram of drilling correction is generated by the GIS software.Some operation procedures and modules in the subsystem of Mapgis software,such as the Project Transformation,Whole Graph Transformation,Input Editing,and so on,are used in the drill hole deviation correction process.With the calibration work discussed above and GIS mapping technology,the drill hole correction accuracy has been improved,and this work also has expanded the methods of drill hole correction.
