摘要
目的 :为控制制霉灭滴胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量 ,建立了反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :色谱柱为TSKgel-ODS - 80TS ( 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,流动相 :甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠 ( 2 0∶3 0∶5 5 ) ,流速 :0 5mL·min-1,检测波长为 3 46nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱在 18~ 15 0ng范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9999,回收率为 99 0 %。结论
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining berberine in Zhimei Miedi capsules.Method:The reversed-phase system consisted of ODS silica gel column and methanol-acetonitrile-0 05 mol·L -1 sodium primary phosphate (20∶30∶55) as the mobile phase. The eluate with a flow rate of 0 5 mL·min -1 was detected at the wavelength of 346 nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear within the range of 18~150 ng ( r =0 999 9),the average recovery was 99 0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the determination of berberine in Zhimei Miedi capsules.
