复合树脂高强纤维用于前牙缺失修复的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨复合树脂高强纤维用于缺失牙修复治疗的优势。方法:上、下中切牙和侧切牙缺失患者34例,随机分为研究组与对照组,2组治疗方法均为光固化树脂固定,研究组采用芬兰StickTech公司生产的everstick复合树脂高强纤维,对照组采用日本幻彩纳米复合树脂。对2组治疗疗效进行比较。结果:研究组的有效率为98.5%,对照组的有效率为89.3%,研究组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复合树脂高强纤维用于缺失牙美容修复具有良好的效果。 Objective.. To investigate the effects of fibre reinforced composites on anterior teeth restoration. Methods:A total of 34 patients missing upper/lower lateral incisor and central incisor were collected and randomly divided into study group and control group. Both groups were treated by light-cured resin fixing. EverStiek composite resin with high strength fibers was used for the study group and GC nano resin was used for the control group. Then the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Resuits. The effective rate of the study group was 93.5%, which is significantly higher than that of the control group (89.3 %), P〈0.05. Conclusions.. Composite resin with high strength fibers has good efficacy for anterior teeth restoration.
