女性乳房包块147例致癌因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨曲靖地区女性乳房包块患者潜在的乳腺癌致癌因素,提高患者的生存率及健康水平。方法收集并对曲靖市第一人民医院收治的147例女性乳房包块患者进行包块病理分类,其中54例乳腺癌患者采用病例-对照研究的方法研究其致癌因素,并对致癌因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果确定了该地区乳腺癌的致癌因素主要为居住地、食用腊制品、月经初潮过早、农药暴露和肥胖等。结论通过乳腺癌致癌因素的确定,对预防乳腺癌的发生,提高患者的生存率,提高妇女的健康水平具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the potential breast cancer carcinogenic factors of the female patients with breast mass in Qujing area in order to enhance the patient′s survival rate and improve women′s health level.Methods 147 cases of female breast mass in Qujing First People′s Hospital were collected and performed the pathological classification.Among them,54 cases of breast cancer were esearched for the carcinogenic factors by the case-control study method.The carcinogenic factors were performed the Logistic regression analysis.Results The confirmed carcinogenic factors of breast cancer in this area were mainly residence place,edible cured foods,early menarche,pesticides exposure and obesity,etc.Conclusion Determining the carcinogenic factors has great significance to prevent breast cancer,enhance the survival rate of patients and improve women′s health level.
