摘要
随着医疗保障制度改革的不断深化,病案在医院和社会发挥着更大作用,作为医院重要的医学档案资料必须实施有效的管理。针对南开医院年久病案管理的现状及存在的问题,我们采取了一系列的改进措施:整合病案库房;设计制作适宜的病案架;登记、编号、造册;装箱保管;微机化管理。提高了病案管理的技术含量和病案服务的工作效率,保证了病案储存的安全、有序。使病案管理不断适应医疗改革和医疗保险的需要,为患者提供更加高效、快捷、满意的服务。
As reforms in medical security systems deepened continuously, medical record has become crucial hospital documents recently. Aimed to solve many problems in keeping old medical records, a series of improvement measures were adopted including the following： integration of hospital warehouse and designing and building proper shelves; registration, numbering, recording and packing of old records; electoral management. All these methods can enhance the technology and efficiency of record management, as well as guarantee the safety and order of documents store. Only in this way can we adapt to the requirement of medical reformation and health insurance, which is also able to offer effici^t and satisfied services for patients.
